Teatrul Odeon&Centrul Cultural Municipal „George Coșbuc” din Bistrița
The short plays that make up "Tertium (non) datur" (written between 1905 and 1939) are full of fantasy and charm, with spicy dialogues sprinkled with wit and humor. Everything is fluid, light and captures the French spirit in all its splendor.
Sacha Guitry (1885-1957) was a famous French stage and film actor, screenwriter, director and author of boulevard plays. He was a prolific playwright, with 124 plays. Guitry was regarded as a modern Molière, a standard of writing.
Silviu Purcărete delivers a memorable performance with refinement and a humor hard to match.
